Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your upper elementary students with this fun, completely original themed reader’s theatre script.
Sleuthing Scott, our favourite kid detective, is pretty good at solving mysteries. But can he figure out the riddle that his friends have left for him?
This readers theatre script is ideal for students in grades 5-6, with parts in a range of difficulty.
Characters in this Valentine’s Day script:
- Narrator (large role for strong readers, can easily be split between multiple speakers – 17 lines, some of which are short paragraphs of text)
- Scott (main role – 22 lines)
- Jack (9 lines)
- Jason (6 lines)
- Becky (3 lines)
- Lucas (3 lines)
- Danielle (1 line)
- Jack’s Mom (two lines)
